Pools can be intimidating - especially if you've just purchased a home with one.

Can I just contact you when I have a problem, most of it I can handle!
How often should I shock my pool - and do I really need to do it?
Filter times - where do I go and how long should I set them for?
We're going away for a few weeks - can you help maintain it once or twice?
Is my filter system a sand or cartridge system?
I'm not sure how to tell!
I need some help - how do I backwash and cleanout my filter?
My pump has just stopped working. I've checked and there's no power!
